• Formalize the commercial or business relationship. 


InDeplo will not transmit the Information collected to any unauthorized third party, in the event that at the time of requesting a product and / or service that involves the transmission of personal data, the Holder will be informed, with the purpose that he grants his consent for his Data be transferred. 

In accordance with article 37 section III of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, InDeplo may transfer data to third parties called “authorized third parties” who will only be controlling, subsidiary, affiliated or affiliated companies under the common control of InDeplo , to provide the services for which InDeplo was hired in accordance with the terms and obligations established in the contract.
